Thank you LibertyLondongirl!

LibertyLondongirl has written a great post here

In her words -

Designed by the head accessories designer for Jigsaw, and the brainchild of The Bag Ladies, a group of talented London mothers working pro bono, this stylish handbag is helping to raise funds for BACT (The Bulgarian Abandoned Children's Trust)'s Baba Programme, which finds surrogate grannies to care for disabled Bulgarian children (seen as a disgrace in Bulgarian culture) who have been locked away from society in institutions where they are physically and mentally abandoned.

A total of 500 bags have been produced and 100% of the net profits (£155 a bag) will go towards the hiring of new Babas in one of Bulgaria’s biggest institutions for babies and young children. If all the bags are sold, forty children can be matched with a Baba to care, nurture and love them.

The sale of 1 bag alone will provide 6 weeks of dedicated care for 1 child. What are you waiting for?

Yes, I agree 100% LondonLibertyGirl - So I'm off to buy one now, and I think a couple for special christmas presents.

They are available in metallic, a lovely faded purple and carmel leather as above.
£155 plus £5 postage

UPDATE - Mine is ordered in carmel.

Normally I can avoid Primark buying...but this is tempting...

I Like this dress alot! I'm very tempted!

Normally I avoid Primark (I dislike the actual store in Oxford Street, too bright headache inducing lights, too busy, stuff looks naff when all pushed together, child labour problems...etc...etc)

I bought a few things there last winter, (going very early in the morning) but I found although they were V cheap they weren't really 100% my cup of tea. I bought a bright acid yellow dress (very nice, but I felt a bit too "look at me" in it! Thats gone to a charity shop) I bought a lovely wine coloured tea dress that fell apart the first time I wore it...A brown dress that the size 12 was far too tight (I'm normally a 8 or 10) . I bought some tights that are GREAT and still going strong! I bought some cheap and cheerful faux (obviously!!!) pearls that are superb!

I nearly bought a charming floral coat, but then saw at least 25 people in it...

I had a coat from Uuth (used to be in Malborough Street and Covent Garden - Don't know what happened to the brand, it was quite jigsaw-ish, but a bit more quirky) about 8 years ago, very unusual , in red and beige tweed with a faux fur collar and cuffs and I wore it for 4 or 5 years especially around Christmas...it was a real "feel good" coat.....

Until I went to the Meridan Hotel in the Strand (now a Hilton I think) and saw a woman in the Lobby wearing the same coat - I HONESTLY THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO KILL ME!! I have NEVER had anyone look at me with such hate and venom, she was honestly really, really scary! I smiled at her, (She looked very nice in the coat) and sort of half laughed, as I thought it was quite amusing to see someone wearing the same coat, especially as it was from a small-ish shop and quite old at this point. She continued to give me the evil eye and I felt like she was putting a curse on me!!!

Anyway, that experience has rather put me off wearing clothes that other people may be wearing, as I want to enjoy my clothes, not be given the "evils"

I do still like the primark dress though.....

UPDATE - And It's only £15 !!
